If you know that you do not need to edit the document you are trying to print, then why waste time by opening the document and then print it?. The easiest and 1 step process is to just Drag and Drop your document into the printer icon and the printer will start to print your document.
To print a document by just dragging it and dropping it into the Printer Icon, you have to create a printer shorcut to your desktop. follow the below steps to setup the shortcut printer icon to your desktop:
* Go to your Printer Folder by clicking on the Start button, then Settings and then Printers (depends on OS version and Menu type setup).
* Highlight the desired printer.
* Hold down the Ctrl key and Drag the printer icon onto your Desktop.
